Body Restore Massage Therapy
At Body Restore, our therapists are passionate about helping you feel your best—moving with ease and living in balance. We believe in guiding the body back to its natural state of well-being, where pain is reduced, and movement feels effortless.
Our therapeutic massages go beyond the basics, blending techniques like deep tissue, PNF stretching, active release, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, and more—all thoughtfully tailored to your needs. And the best part? We offer all of these at one affordable rate, often for less than what you’d pay for a standard Swedish massage elsewhere.
Our mission is to support your healing journey and help you maintain your wellness long term—so you come in not because you have to, but because you want to keep feeling your absolute best.
Terri Holte
One of Terri Holte’s greatest accomplishments—and sources of pride—is raising four incredible daughters, all of whom are college graduates, including one with a Master’s degree. Each of them has grown into a compassionate, hard-working, and responsible adult, reflecting the values Terri has always held close.
As the first college graduate in her family, Terri always dreamed of opening her own business. She turned that dream into reality in 2017, launching Body Restore Services LLC once her youngest daughter began driving and approached graduation.
Terri's passion for helping others feel better in their bodies led her to pursue formal training at AIMT, where she spent nearly a year studying anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques. Since then, she has helped over 1,000 clients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and experience a renewed sense of well-being.
Terri remains committed to learning and growth, continuously incorporating new tools and methods into her practice to better serve her clients on their wellness journeys.
